who is reaching new heights?
Bridget Moran is our Clinical Director and Lead Occupational Therapist who may look familiar to a few of our families. She was the first OT at RNH! Bridget received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Cleveland State University and soon after joined the Reaching New Heights team for her first OT job. Since then, Bridget has gained experience in working in the school setting with a variety of diagnoses and age levels. She also had the privilege of working at the International Newcomer’s Academy with students and families from different cultural backgrounds; per Bridget, this experience was one of her most beneficial because it increased the understanding of different perspectives and beliefs/values from various cultures. Bridget is an energetic therapist who strives to bring out the most potential with the children she works with through use of hands-on exploration and creative interventions. She also believes the success of a child in therapy is highly reflective of collaboration with the family and other therapists.
In her free time, Bridget enjoys watching paranormal tv shows with her dog, Cooper, and playing softball on the weekends. Bridget is extremely excited to be back at RNH and be a part of an ever-growing family.

"When our boys were diagnosed with dyslexia, we weren’t sure where to even begin. Thankfully, we were told by a dyslexia advocate and educational attorney about Reaching New Heights. We didn’t realize how much cursive instruction and OT work moved children with dyslexia forward. The OT and cursive work that our boys receive at Reaching New Heights is served with so much joy, fun, love and fidelity. We will be forever grateful for our new favorite Difference Maker!
